Dr. Richard Connelly

"Doc" is Chairman and Cofounder of Business Intelligence International. In addition to his leadership role at AlignAlytics, he focuses on driving high-value advisory services to align best practices for risk assessment with insurance programs planning and performance management decisions.
Doc's career includes over 30 years of experience in planning and organizing business operations. Prior to co-founding BI International, he was a Senior Vice President of the Hay Group, where he led the firm's strategy implementation consulting practice in the financial services industry.
Before the Hay Group, Doc served at CIGNA/INA as INA Corporate Director for Organization Planning/Management Development and Vice President of Planning for CIGNA's Wholesale Insurance Group. He was responsible for wholesale insurance business strategic planning, which included streamlining special risk, excess and surplus and group insurance relationships with major global and national corporate relationships.
Earlier in his career, he worked as Group Executive for Human Resources in the Operations/Data Processing Division of Chase Manhattan Bank. His responsibilities included planning and implementing organization change to accommodate the introduction of new services and new computer systems that redefined the conduct of commercial banking.
Doc holds a Doctorate in Organizational Communications and Management Information Systems from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. top
Roland Mosimann

In 1995, Roland and Dr. Richard Connelly founded Business Intelligence International (now AlignAlytics) to develop winning solutions for business leaders worldwide. Today, Roland leads the company's focus to help companies increase performance and manage risk by using Alignment Analytics to enhance business analytics and bring together people, process, information and technology.
Roland was previously a member of the Executive Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, and a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Zurich.
He co-authored many books that continue to guide the industry, including The Multidimensional Manager: 24 Ways to Impact Your Bottom Line in 90 Days and the renowned series, The Performance Manager: Proven Strategies for Turning Information into Higher Business Performance. These books address performance management for banking, insurance, retail, life sciences and government.
Roland has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Economics from The London School of Economics. top
Bruce Golboro

Bruce's responsibilities include planning, operations, financial performance, budgeting, sales support and human resources. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in a diverse array of industries, from strategic and bankruptcy/turnaround consulting to information technology and real estate. Prior to joining AlignAlytics, he was the COO of Tomorrow's Solutions Today, a technology consulting firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. He was previously a partner with Arthur Andersen, Unisys and Amerimar Realty.
Bruce received his JD from Northwestern University and a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Bar in Illinois, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and a Certified Project Management Professional. He holds Board positions with several local and national charitable organizations. top
William D. Bridgers

Bill is a Managing Partner and founding member of Zon Capital Partners. His 20+ years of business experience includes many years as a management consultant with a focus on telecommunications and large application development, before successfully transitioning to early stage private equity more than a decade ago.
Bill was formerly a partner and founder of Zon Partners, an early stage investment and advisory company and predecessor to the Fund, where he was responsible for venture transactions that resulted in several liquidity events for the firm's investors.
Earlier in his career, he helped launch Technology Management & Funding, an early stage investment company. He was the firm's Chief Operating Officer. He also served with three international consulting firms, PA Consulting Services, A.T. Kearney and Kline and Company. Over the course of his consulting career, most of Bill's clients were telecommunications companies, technology vendors or large users of information technology systems. He sits on the boards of Archive Systems, Data Impact, Bridge and Microbridge Technologies.
Bill holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.top
Dominic Varillo

Dominic is responsible for every aspect of architecting and developing the AlignAlytics suite of solutions. He has also created other products used during our history, including DecisionSpeed, a tool for Performance Management assessment and requirements design; the Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS), a comprehensive metadata repository for managing information technology and Business Intelligence reporting; and the Business Intelligence University (BIU), a business simulation engine. In addition, he takes the technical lead on AlignAlytics consulting projects.
Prior to joining AlignAlytics, Dominic was a Senior Programmer at Johnson & Higgins, where he was responsible for new development and maintenance of its time management and billing system. He also developed applications to enhance the budgeting process and financial system reporting capabilities at the Law School Admission Council and Pep Boys.

Chris leads the Performance Management practice for AlignAlytics and is responsible for product delivery, consulting services and customer support for our clients.
Chris is recognized as an expert practitioner in the areas of Governance, Risk and Compliance. He brings over 27 years of experience in public accounting, controllership, internal audit management and risk / performance management working with a diverse list of global, publicly-traded companies. He also serves as an AICPA Discussion Leader on the topics of internal control, risk management and fraud.
Chris is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Rowan University. top
Jack L. Musgrove, CMC, CGEIT

Jack provides direction for the expansion of AlignAlytics solutions into IT Strategy and IT Governance. As an expert in ‘information supply chains’ for Performance Management, he also supports product delivery for the sales force and consulting channel. Jack's experience includes Big Eight Consulting, with proficiencies in IT Strategy, IT Governance and Business Process Analysis.
Prior to joining AlignAlytics, Jack led the professional services practice for GL Trade (formerly FNX Ltd.) and was responsible for the company's worldwide consulting group. He was founder and principal of The Systems Team, Inc., a privately held IT consulting firm with major projects at Bear Creek Corporation, Visa International, Wells Fargo Bank and Sophelle. His consulting experience includes Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse, and Arthur Young & Co.
Jack holds a BBA in Business Statistics from University of Texas and has completed graduate work from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). top
