AlineGRC, the Risk and Performance solutions company has changed its name to AlignAlytics.

Wilmington, DE, February 17, 2011 — AlineGRC, the Risk and Performance solutions company has changed its name to AlignAlytics.

“We are such a different organization today compared to when we began, so adopting a new name and brand identity is a logical next step in our growth strategy,” said CEO Roland Mosimann.

Many of the company’s customers first experienced Aline by applying alignment analytics to solve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance problems. Over the next few years, Aline extended their applications to include solutions for a broader set of governance, risk and compliance issues. And, over the past 2 years, the company has leveraged those same core alignment analytics to help CIO’s and CFO’s address a wide range of problems from IT Strategy and Business Transformation to Risk and Performance Management.

“Looking back, our clients and partners have continuously found new ways to use our solution but alignment analytics have always been at the core of what we do,” said Mosimann. “That was the driving factor behind our new name, AlignAlytics.”

In addition to the name change, the company has also relocated its operations from King of Prussia to Wayne, PA. “Our business has grown dramatically,” said Bruce Golboro, COO for AlignAlytics. “We have made significant investments in many areas of our business, including our product development and advisory service teams. Our new location can accommodate our growth.”
